Hello! I’m Ryu – your chef for this event! I’m half Japanese, born and raised in the UK, and moved to Kamijima just last year.

I’m excited to share a little taste of English culture here on the island with a traditional home-cooked roast dinner-complete with all the trimmings. It’s a meal that holds a special place in British life, traditionally enjoyed with family on Sundays and during Christmas.

Looking forward to sharing this unique experience with you all!
